Noah Singer

1) Tell us something about yourself that your fans may not know.

A: Something that my fans may not know about me is that I started my undergrad in China for a year, and going through that time of change really helped evolve me into the person I am today.

2) What impact has being from South-Florida had on your music style?

A: Being from South Florida I have always heard a variety of music. Being in a place that is so culturally diverse, I have never really conformed myself to a particular genre or style and you will see that in my music. I love to mix and match all of the sounds I heard growing up.

3) Who are some artists who influenced your style?

A: I am inspired daily by so many artists, but the main ones that I believe my style derived from are Frank Ocean, John Legend, Post Malone, Daniel Caesar and Quinn XCII. I love music that really makes you feel and understand the inspiration behind it and all of those artists do it the best.

4) What was the inspiration behind your debut single 'Journey'?

A: "Journey" was inspired from memories of being alone and losing someone important. It is about starting a new chapter of your life and the person you expected to be by your side the whole way just kinda leaves unexpectedly and leaves you high and dry.

5) If you could only collaborate with 1 artist for the rest of your career, who would it be?

A: If I could collaborate with one artist for the rest of my career I would have to say Quinn XCII. I really love the vibe of music that he is bringing to the world and I would love to collaborate with him to bring even more positive energy out.

6) What's next for you in 2020?

A: 2020 is a year of change for me. I just started law school so that takes up a majority of my time, but I wouldn’t be surprised if there is another single, and possibly an album on the horizon for 2020. Looking forward to making the best out of the worst year in a while.
